kram.fun is operated by Kramarets SARL-S. This page describes what the new platform actually stores today.

If you create an account we store email, display name, locale, avatar/colour, optional orientation/gender tags (multi-select from a fixed list), entitlement grants, and 18+ self-declarations (account create; plus per-app/platform ticks for official 18+ sets and for community search). Device ids are used for Restore / Link and rooms. Custom word lists, community packs, ratings, and reports are stored when you use those features. On register, custom lists already on the device are merged onto the account. Spy/rooms store display names and game intents on the realtime host. Bug reports store the text you send, optional contact email, game, category, and device id. Rooms inactive more than 36 hours are deleted by a daily job.

Rooms are joined with a short code (also link, QR, deep link, web). Guests may join if they have the code. The room owner may remove a person and block them from that room. If the owner leaves, the room stays but nobody can manage it; players who want to continue create a new room. One account may be in only one room at a time. A second connection from the same person is rejected.

This website does not yet run AdMob, Google tags, or a Meta pixel in this engineering slice (those may be added later in a separate workflow). We do not put IBAN, BIC, or beneficial-owner details on these pages. We do not store military or Diia documents. We do not offer free-text gender; only selectable tags.

Shipped App Store / Play apps may show Google AdMob. New Expo clients follow the same advertising rules when ads are enabled. Web ads, cookie settings, and marketing pixels are a later owner workflow.

Signed-in players can export or delete their account from Account. Community take-downs and user reports are handled in a staff admin (admins only).

Retention periods are still an assumption for counsel: accounts until delete plus a grace period; bug reports about one year; room live state until idle more than 36 hours then daily delete; room bans are scoped to that room code.
